The Tule River Tribe has established a residential health care facility on the Reservation.  The Tule River Health Center is located across from the Tribal Buildings.  

This establishment was completed in 2004, and replace the older facility.  The facility features state of the art medical equipment.  There are three sections to the Tule River Health Clinic:  Dental, Optometrist and Health Clinic. In addition to areas of medical need, there are several departments that reside in the clinic.  These departments are:

Health Clinic

The Tule River Health Clinic is a state of the art facility.  It features some of the most modern equipment available to treat their patients.  On average, the Health Clinic sees anywhere between 20-40 patients per day, depending on schedule.  Monday-Friday the clinic is able to assist the community with a variety of medical needs.  Some of the cases that can be assisted with at the clinic are:  physicals, blood and lab work (on site), Flu shots, common - sever colds, broken limbs, minor surgery and many other ailments.  With a Lab and Pharmacy on site, all the needs of the patient can be taken care of in house.  The clinic has a staff of seven (7) Doctors.

Dental Clinic

From fillings to crowns, the Tule River Dental Clinic is a one of the best facilities in the Porterville Area.  Tule River Dental Clinic uses the newest techniques in dental procedures. With a staff of 4 dental assistance and one doctor, the Tule River Dental Department Clinic works hard to provide the best oral health care possible.
