Yolanda Gibson began her career as Tribal Secretary in 2003.  Before being voted to council, Mrs. Gibson was a member of the Tule River Tribal Security Force.  Since joining the council her duties have consisted of the following:

Enrollment Committee member

Trap Committee member

ICWA (Indian Child Welfare Act) Member

Gym Liaison  

Gaming Committee member.

Mrs. Gibson has been a resident of the Tule River Reservation her entire life.  A graduate from Citrus High School, Mrs. Gibson's goal is to ensure the employment of every tribal member and their descendents through tribal programs and or Eagle Mountain Casino.  Mrs. Gibson is a firm believer in the Indian Preference Act.

A devoted parent, Mrs. Gibson has four daughters and a foster son.  Her eldest daughter currently works at Eagle Mountain Casino as a bingo cashier.  The other three attend local schools.
